About ZCO2e
ZC02e (pronounced Zedco) is a community based special purpose company. It was established in 2005 by the Central Victorian Greenhouse Alliance (CVGA) to act as its commercial arm for managing renewable energy projects.
ZC02e facilitates financial innovations so the CVGA can support new and emerging technologies that will prove invaluable as our society moves to a post fossil-fuel age.
The company provides an ongoing infrastructure to support projects and initiatives, both within the Central Victorian region and beyond, that are in keeping with the goals of the CVGA.
ZC02e is comprised of a small group of highly experienced, and environmentally passionate, members. The working environment spans community, business and government spheres in regional Victoria, Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney.
LATEST NEWS: ZCo2e has been announced as a finalist in the Products or Services category of the 2010 Premier’s Sustainability Awards, and is in the running for the coveted Premier’s Recognition Award. The Premier’s Sustainability Awards recognise innovation and outstanding achievement in the sustainable use of natural resources to benefit all Victorians.
